Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master Certified Addiction Professional who has an extensive background in inpatient stabilization, residential, outpatient, and community-based settings. Stephanie believes that developing a therapeutic relationship through the counseling process is the key. She will work at the pace that feels right for you. Together you will identify, challenge, and work through the difficulties that are hindering you from living a fulfilling life.
Stephanie believes that each person is unique and tailors each treatment plan to meet individual needs. Much of her work focuses on cognition-focused therapeutic styles, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and strength-based cognitive behavioral therapy which targets an individual’s overall wellbeing.
Stephanie earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling focusing on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah College in Pennsylvania and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology focusing on Addiction and Recovery from Liberty University in Virginia. Stephanie holds the Master Certified Addiction Professional credential and The International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) credential. She is a member of The American Counseling Association and The Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society International.
